1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "Account Holder") and 91piso ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 91piso.club.
By completing account registration, accessing the 91piso website, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 91piso platform.
91piso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility
Use of the 91piso platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling participation under Philippine regulations. Users found to be underage will have their accounts immediately closed and any balances forfeited.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of 91piso or any of its affiliated entities or gaming suppliers.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion program, including any exclusion you have voluntarily registered on the 91piso platform itself.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
91piso reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
3. Account Registration
To access real-money features on the 91piso platform, you must register a verified account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one registered 91piso account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual may be suspended and balances frozen.
- Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, valid email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- KYC Verification: 91piso applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or passport) and may be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method. KYC completion is required before any withdrawal is processed.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 91piso will never request your password. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Deposits & Payments

- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for other methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
- 91piso does not charge fees on standard deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
- Deposited funds are used solely for participation in games available on the Platform. 91piso does not pay interest on account balances.
- All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) review. 91piso reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds for any deposit.
- Deposits made in USDT are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. 91piso is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
5. Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered to the same name as the KYC-verified 91piso account holder.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on account verification tier and payment method.
- 91piso processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within the platform's standard processing window of under 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers and USDT may vary.
- 91piso reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, AML review, or investigation into suspected fraudulent or irregular activity.
- Bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements. Any remaining unwagered bonus balance will be deducted from withdrawal amounts where applicable.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
91piso offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, subject to the following general terms (specific promotions may carry additional conditions stated at the point of offer):
- All bonus offers are subject to minimum wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable) are specified in each promotional offer.
- 91piso reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to matched or hedged betting designed to extract bonus value without genuine participation, may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7. Game Rules & Fairness
- All games available on the 91piso platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are disclosed within each game's information panel.
- Game results are final once confirmed by the platform's system. Technical malfunctions, disconnection during a game round, or display errors do not guarantee payouts. In the event of a technical error affecting a game outcome, 91piso reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes.
- Live casino games are subject to the rules enforced by the live dealer and the game studio provider. In the event of a conflict between a live dealer ruling and a player expectation, the live dealer's decision as captured on video is final.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 91piso platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
- Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or platform function
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Money laundering or using the 91piso platform as a mechanism to disguise the origin of funds
- Any form of fraud against 91piso or other players
- Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
- Registering or operating multiple accounts in violation of Section 3 of these Terms
9. Account Suspension and Closure
- 91piso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, AML concerns, or regulatory requirements.
- Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be forfeited.
- Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 91piso support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any genuine funds balance not subject to wagering requirements will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method.
10. Responsible Gaming
91piso is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all Filipino players. The following tools and policies are part of the platform's responsible gaming framework:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations. When a session limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out.
- Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the 91piso platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a verified request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited without express written consent from 91piso.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 91piso shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
- Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
- Any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with 91piso's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 91piso complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
15. Amendments to These Terms
91piso reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 91piso will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
